Terms and Conditions
- Payments (Room charges) are due in full at time of booking/reservation.
- Room rates, as published on our website, are updated regularly and Tourist Levy & GST will be added to total charges.
- Security deposit of $200 per room must be paid in full at check-in. SERVICE DOG is free of charge, please notify the hotel in advance if you are intending to bring such animals during your stay. Pet owner will need to show service dog certification and must carry their service dog ID card at all times. Emottional Support aniaman t are not considered Service dogs. Doctors note only will not be Accepted
- Group Bookings & Cancellation: Please refer to the signed group booking contract.
- Online Travel Agency bookings/reservations is subject to OTAs terms & refund policy.
- Paying for a 3rd party Card holder must sign a Credit Card authorization form and must provide a valid identification that matches the name on the credit card, guest must provide their own government issued identification upon check-in. Card holder or Guest must pay the Security deposit upon check-in.
Confirmed reservation details of payment (credit/debit card) must be provided at the time of booking. - No show If booking is arranged to be paid on arrival, credit card details provided at the time of booking will be charged. No Refund for any No show.
- On arrival, guest is required to pay in full for the booking by cash or payment card before allowed check-in.
Check-in: 1500 MT 3PM (Edmonton time) $20 Early check-in fee
Check-out: 1100 MT 11AM (Edmonton time) $20 Late Check-out up to max. of 2 hours
Quite Time: 2200 MT 10PM (Edmonton time). From 7AM to 10PM - Noise disturbance: Any disturbance to other guests or our staff may cause early booking termination.
- Cancellation: Cancel 24 hours before the check-in date to avoid a "No show charge.
- Cancelling future nights: Notify the hotel a day before the booked date.
- Number of Guests: Maximum number of guest in a standard room (2)
- Refund Process: The Lodge Inn will only make refunds if the reservation was made directly from the hotel's website or through the hotel's customer service. Booking that is cancelled accordance with the terms, credit refunds will be processed within 10 days of cancellation.
- Cancellation by The Lodge Inn: If guest fails to pay room charges during check-in (Room rates, Security Deposit per room, pet fee(s) and failed to provide government issued identification per guest or breach of terms,
- The Lodge Inn may cancel your booking with immediate effect. In an event that outside our reasonable control will likely prevent us from performing hotel service, we may cancel your booking and will refund in full any payment made by you in respect of such booking to the credit card used to make the reservation.
- Early Check-in: An additional $20 will be added for early check in, within 2 hours earlier than 3PM on the scheduled date of arrival, subject always to room availability.
Late Check-Out: An additional $20 will be added to Late check-out requests no later than 1PM on check-out date, subject to room availability. - Requirements: Please specify any special request(s) or requirements at the time of booking, request is subject to availability.
- Room Occupancy: Each room must not exceed the maximum occupancy of 2 adults. Child's playpen or crib may be available dependent on availability and the available space in the room. For a family with more than 2 members, there are connecting rooms available for an extra charge.
- Minors: No one under the age of 18 is allowed to book and stay in the hotel. Minors must be accompanied by a guardian or a responsible adult.
- Long Term Stay: The maximum period for a long-term booking is 30 days consecutively, The Lodge Inn reserves the right to require the guest to move rooms if the booking exceeds more than 30 days. Refusal to do so may terminate the booking without refund for the remaining days reserved.
- No illegal activity or to gain profit: Guest is not to use The Lodge Inn or it's facilities to conduct any activity without prior written consent from the Hotel administration. If we believe that you are in breach of this provision, we may terminate your booking and retain any money paid to The Lodge Inn.
- No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted within the hotel, either in the room, public areas or interfere with the fire detection system. If you do, The Lodge Inn, at our sole discretion, may terminate your booking and reserves the right to take further action.
- Immediate re-payment of our reasonable costs during your stay will be charged to the payment card details provided at the time of booking or instruct a third party to contact you to recover reasonable costs that includes, specialist cleaning, any repair or replacement of damage to property, cost of the room for any period it is unusable and other administration expenses. There are designated smoking areas outside the building.
- Damage or Loss: Any guest staying in the hotel causes damage or loss of any kind to the Hotel or to other guests will be responsible for that damage or loss and the guest(s) or the person who made the booking will be required to pay the costs. We may charge the payment card details provided at the time of booking.
- Room Keys: Any room keys issued to the guest(s) must be left in the room or returned to front desk at check-out. A $5 per key replacement fee will be charged for unreturned keycards.
- Parking: Free parking is available for hotel guests. The Lodge Inn shall not be liable in any circumstance for any loss or damage to vehicles you bring to the hotel property regardless of whether the car is parked connected to the hotel or not.
